Business mood at lowest level since 2001 (National Post)

The mood within Canada’s business community continued to deteriorate through the final months of 2008 and into this year, falling for the sixth straight quarter and reaching its lowest point since the terrorist attacks on the U. S., the Conference Board of Canada said Thursday.
